Synchronize progress on multiple devices

At the moment we cannot synchronize the application with other devices, including Facebook version. However we are working on that and soon you will enjoy playing the application on different devices at the same level.

Too many ads?

Mobile ads are the biggest source of income we receive to support the Wordie team, which is why they take an important role in the game. However, there is an available package in the Wordie store that will remove your ads.

I cannot see the images

This happens due to an error decompressing the images during the level package download. If you are an android user and you have this issue, we suggest you:

-Delete information or content you do not use in your device so the images can be downloaded successfully.
-Go to your device’s setting screen > application manager > Wordie > Force Stop > clear app cache.
-Close other applications while playing the game so the device processor can run faster.

How can I restore my score or progress

If you change, lose or format your device and after you reinstall the application your progress is lost, email us at help@thefastmind.com with details of your problem. Please make sure you have the latest version of Wordie from the Play Store if you are an Android user. For iOS users we advise you to backup the application before you do anything to your device. Change Language

To change the language of the game, go to the Wordie homepage and tap on “Settings Screen” located on the top left of the screen>tap “Idioma or Language or Langue or Lingua” that will depend on your device’s language> choose the language you wish to play with.
Take into consideration that there is no synchronization between the language you play in and the other independent languages.
